Services. CRO provides Basement Waterproofing, Foundation Waterproofing, Concrete Waterproofing, Painting Contractor, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by CRO or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. CRO may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CRO makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will CRO's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRO from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. NY law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NY, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
